Morgan Stygles

Morgan joined Witt O’Brien’s over 10 years ago and now serves as Chief of Staff where she works to further the organization’s mission to foster resilience and facilitate rapid recovery during crisis.

As the key liaison between Ambipar Response and Witt O’Brien’s executive leadership, Morgan plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth strategy. Leveraging her institutional knowledge and strategic vision, she has been instrumental in shaping many of the company’s current programs, processes, and best practices.

Throughout her tenure, Morgan has actively contributed to various functional areas within Witt O’Brien’s—including the Business Office, HR, Marketing, Cadre, and Accounting/Finance. Her customer-centric approach and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality support has earned her respect across the organization.

Driven by a passion for helping others and a determination to see the company succeed, Morgan’s leadership and people skills are admirable. Outside of work, she finds joy in traveling, gardening, trail-running, and spending quality time with her family and beloved pup, Fenway, named after the iconic ballpark.
