Michelle Little, MURP

Michelle Little, QA/QC Lead: Michelle is a quality management expert who brings experience ensuring quality performance for large, complex grant programs. She is currently leading a team responsible for compliance monitoring of over 200 sub-recipients and 1,500 contracts funded with US Treasury allocated Coronavirus Relief Funds.

Prior to joining Witt O’Brien’s, she was the Director of Monitoring and Compliance for New York City’s Office of Management and Budget responsible for ensuring compliant use of nearly $4B of federal funding allocated to the City after Superstorm Sandy. As the Project Manager for the Office of Community Development in New Orleans, she oversaw $88M of capital projects.
