Cheryl is the master of due diligence and can never be bamboozled by a sub-clause or small print. She manages all our company contracts from our Houston office, ensuring everyone is fully aware of our commitments.

Cheryl also takes care of our company insurance program and company compliance matters.

She has more than two decades of experience in contract management, negotiations, compliance, insurance, and mergers and acquisitions.
