In 2011, nearly 12,000 people attended a country music concert at the Indiana State Fair. High winds from an approaching thunderstorm caused the collapse of a temporary lighting and audio structure above the main stage.
The Solution: Witt O'Brien's developed a report which led to substantial improvements in the Fairs’ preparedness and response posture. It also helped improve inter-agency coordination and communication at the state and local level.
