Steve is a versatile professional with extensive experience in emergency and crisis management, business continuity planning, and complex project management. He has over 30 years of hands-on experience with all phases of incident response. Steve has worked with emergency management agencies across the country in plan review and development, capabilities assessments, security and vulnerability assessments, emergency operations center training, and comprehensive exercise development.

He has delivered executive-level strategic planning and provided support for multiple, high-profile national special security events, large venues including NASCAR, Major League Baseball and the National Football League, and has provided program management leadership across multiple federal contracts.

Working with both the public and private sector, Steve has provided business continuity/continuity of operations planning, training, exercises, and comprehensive after-action report development for critical infrastructure partners including large universities, electric utility providers, rail and transit systems, and liquefied natural gas facilities.
