Mark assists project teams from a technical perspective seeing them through the full lifecycle – from funding approval to architecture, engineering, design, construction management and and final completion. He has over 35 years of experience delivering high-quality projects across all industry sectors.

Driven by a passion for creating superior built environments, Mark has the expertise to collaborate, plan, design, and deliver first class projects including educational facilities, retail, offices, multi – family, and multi-use resorts. He currently provides program management and owner representation services to the GVI for its $800 million Education Sector disaster recovery rebuilding program in the wake of 2017 hurricanes Irma and Maria. The program includes approximately $250 million in temporary building and repairs (completed), an upcoming $300 million in permanent repairs, and $250 million in replacement buildings.
