He has held multiple positions within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region IX over the course of 20 years.

Matthew Erchull is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in the development of public policy, program and project management, research, and quantitative analysis focused on assisting State and local governments, NGO’s and Private Non-Profits with federally funded HUD, HHS, FEMA, DHS, EDA, DOT, DOI and DOJ grant programs.
