He is a HUD recognized technical assistance provider for CDBG-DR, and has previously supported large-scale community redevelopment efforts in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Massachusetts, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Colorado, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
