Gap Analysis

Witt O’Brien’s conducts analysis and needs assessment of existing plans and management efforts through independent interviews with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of current emergency management concerns, capabilities, vulnerabilities, risks, and existing mitigation efforts. This includes analyzing reviews of past performance and after-action reports and conducting additional research as necessary. This needs assessment serves as a strategic planning document that provides an outline of possible steps to enhance and complement existing plans and emergency management programs.
