Witt O’Brien’s has assembled a multi-disciplined team of subject matter experts to conduct gap analyses. We stand alone when it comes to our ability to provide gap analysis services, which include identifying industry benchmarks for planning, response, and communication services. Once benchmarks are identified, an interactive process of interviewing and an inspection(s) are completed, and the draft results are presented to the client. The client then either confirms the draft results or re-tasks the team for confirmation of a differing opinion. The process repeats and the gap analysis is formalized and becomes actionable.
